This policy explains how our subscription service, replacement process, warranty support, and refund system work.
By purchasing any subscription from OneToolz, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Service
OneToolz provides affordable access to premium AI and productivity tools through shared or managed subscription systems for students and budget-conscious users.
When a user purchases a subscription, the payment is considered payment for the full subscription duration purchased.
Example:
- 30 Days Subscription = Payment for 30 Days Access
- 90 Days Subscription = Payment for 90 Days Access
2. Warranty & Service Continuity
If a subscription becomes inaccessible, deactivated, logged out, restricted, or unusable before the purchased period ends, OneToolz will first attempt to restore the service.
Our first priority is always:
Replacement or Restoration
We may provide:
- A replacement account
- Restored access
- Alternative working access
- Continuation of remaining subscription days
This replacement process may take some time depending on the issue type.
Standard Processing Time
- Usually within a few hours
- In some cases up to 24–48 hours
We always try our best to restore service as quickly as possible.
3. Refund Eligibility
If OneToolz fails to restore or replace the service for the remaining subscription duration, the customer becomes eligible for a partial refund.
The refund is calculated based on the unused remaining days of the subscription period.
4. Refund Calculation Method
Refunds are calculated proportionally.
Example
A customer purchases:
- ChatGPT Subscription
- 30 Days Plan
- Price: 3,000 BDT
If the subscription stops working after 11 days:
Step 1 — Used Value
3000 ÷ 30 = 100 BDT per day
100 × 11 = 1,100 BDT used value
Step 2 — Remaining Refund
Remaining days = 19
100 × 19 = 1,900 BDT refundable amount
So the customer will receive a refund for the unused 19 days if replacement/restoration is not possible.
5. Payment Gateway & Transaction Charges
Refunded amounts may exclude:
- Payment gateway fees
- Mobile banking transaction fees
- Merchant processing charges
In some cases, a small charge (example: 5–20 BDT) may be deducted depending on the payment provider.
This is because transaction providers often do not return processing fees after completed payments.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not apply in the following cases:
- User violated platform rules or abused the service
- Account sharing beyond allowed limits
- Intentional misuse or suspicious activity
- Device/browser issues from the user side
- Temporary outages under processing/recovery period
- User changes mind after successful delivery
7. User Responsibility
Customers are expected to:
- Use subscriptions responsibly
- Avoid suspicious or abusive activities
- Follow provided login/access instructions
- Maintain device and browser security
Failure to follow these may affect warranty eligibility.
8. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
- 1–7 business days
Timing may vary depending on:

- Payment gateway processing speed
9. Service Limitation Notice
Some tools provided through OneToolz may rely on third-party systems and shared infrastructures. Service interruptions, forced logouts, or access resets may occasionally happen.

- Fair unused-period refund policy
